Our lending authorities within The State of New Jersey proudly include the following participation approvals:

FHA
We are approved as a Title II, Non-Supervised Mortgagee, to participate as an FHA Single-Family Lender with Unconditional Direct Endorsement Underwriting Authority.

USDA
We are approved to participate as a Guaranteed Rural Housing Lender to originate USDA Single-Family loans.

VA
We are approved to participate in the VA Home Loan Program as a Supervised VA Automatic Lender.

Although lender participation approvals do not imply endorsement by the prevailing regulatory agency, Approved Lenders must meet stringent qualification criteria, adhere to a strict code of ethics and are subject to the highest standards of regulatory scrutiny.
